Do you like beets? (I know you do. It is, after all, the most intense of all vegetables.)

Well then you should head on over to my dear friend Matt's new blog Lost Lovage, where he will be posting the "amblings and ramblings of a Brooklyn chef." Starting with beets. (Guys, he is the most incredible chef I have ever met. Ben and I still discuss meals he made for us years ago. And he is a clever writer.)
