All the cards are mailed out. (Finally! Dudes. I made them months ago, why couldn't I just mail them on time?) The gifts are wrapped and packaged and ready to be shipped out. There is a new painting (!!!!) (a birthday gift!) hanging in our dining room, and Ben has a new surf board. (I caught him sitting out in the shed with his coffee, just looking at it, muttering about 4 fins, I guess that is 3 more than his last one.) Despite two more sessions Carinna and I still have not finished our crafting projects. We blame the combined factors of innexperience, overambition, and easy distraction. But all that is left to do is some sewing, which we will do Tuesday, cause damn I want to finish these before Christmas.

  3. Love the brown paper wrapping and felt christmas trees, very rustic. I know how you feel about being overambitious with crafting goals; I have a huge pile of unfinished clothes at home!

  4. Isn't wrapping with brown paper SATISFYING? Like covering textbooks.
