About cutting off all of my hair. Simplifying my wardrobe into solids and stripes. [more so than it already is] and running off to Paris to pretend like I am Jean Seberg's character in À bout de souffle.

  1. Great haircut.. it's like Twiggy's cut as well :) I don't think I will ever get the guts to snip mine off :P

  2. LOVE.this.cut. I just downloaded a picture of Audrey Hepburn and am planning to chop my locks the day we get back from the honeymoon.

  3. I love it. These are the pictures that I took to my hairdresser the last time I cut my hair. Now I'm trying to decide if I should grow it out a bit for my wedding in May. Guess we always crave something different than what we have.

  4. It's too mad... just been talking to a friend who's getting married Sat about shedding the locks post-wedding. What is it that makes us wanna do that? Some ancient urging that we don't need to send out such obviously feminine signals to captivate a mate anymore? Though I think Jean is fem as hell in these Breathless pics!

Oh goodness. I am new to your blog and just saw this post. I've had short hair for a while, but when I saw that movie it renewed my appreciation for it (and for thick black eyeliner)! I took those very same pictures into my hairdresser and advise you to do the same!

  9. wanting. that. cut.
been hankering after a pixie cut for some time now and only need a bit of convincing.

pros: opportunity for a fresh look, easy day-to-day, an excuse to wear impishly flirtatious 60s-style eyeliner every so often.

cons: might not help homegirl here blend in any better in india.

    wajja think?
