My baby boy turned one. We had a party. A balloon. There was family, and friends (big and little). I made a cake that did not suck, giving Henry his first bit of refined sugar. He got a wagon. (And yeah, lots of other cool things!) I made some decorations. He handled all the excitement like a champ. Here are the pictures.

ReplyDeleteAnd the Henry string art deserves its own post?
I like the level of craftiness here...sweet and thoughtful, not over the top. Not that you asked for my critique, but....
Basically I think you should make signs, plan parties, and take pikchas.

ReplyDeleteSo I'm embarrassingly behind on blog commenting (just can't make it work on my phone...) but that was one sweet party. I loved the thoughtful details and it's great to see a kids' party that's not over the top. It's so exciting to see our babies turn into toddlers!
