I am completely addicted to kale chips. I know I am not the only one. But just in case any of you don't know, get on it! Toss some kale with olive oil and a bit of sea salt, pop in the oven at around 350 for about 20 minutes. Eat right away.

I have a friend who makes these, and raves about them - I had no idea they were SO simple!! Can't wait to test some out.

They are great right? and they they are so freaking expensive at the store. I keep forgetting to make my own. I am gonna get on that.
