Most nights, our household is one-step meal making only. Make dough and *then* use the dough to make pizza's? What? Did someone say burritos?
But, Rachel's post did inspire me to remember my busy [um, lazy?] girl version of yummy pizza.
Use this flat bread from trader joes, drizzle with olive oil, add sliced tomatoes [we had heirloom from the farm!] and cucumbers, crumble feta and season with black pepper and oregano. Pop in the oven until toasty. So good, so easy.
Cukes on pizza! Must try.
ReplyDeleteHey, we do this too! Except we're addicted to the frozen naan from TJs. I can't always be whipping up dough.
ReplyDeletei used to do something similar with pita bread.
