Remember those cactus stamps? Well little did I know that Christine of the Postage Service had included some in the goodie bags at HITCHED. (Right along side my Desert Wedding Guide!) Being a good vendor I did not take a goodie bag (they were for the guests, right?) and missed out. :( Sweetly, she sent me some in the mail! And look at the package they came in? She really makes stamping an art form. And the Postage Service will help you make your mail art, too. She also included a little goodie bag of misc vintage stamps which had (among many other things) owls!

The only problem is, I am going to be afraid to ever use any of them! How do I get over that?

  1. Stop it. Could that envelope be any more cool? I love the way she arranged the stamps! And I'm totally with you... I bought some vintage stamps a while back, but have had trouble parting with them :/

  6. oh, i'm so happy to see the package arrived without any excessive postmarks, and of course, to know that you are pleased : ) to all of you afraid to use your pretty vintage stamps, put them out into the world, there are many more to be had!

  7. I wouldn't want to use them either, they're so pretty. The Frida Kahlo stamps in particular have caught my eye. I'd love to find some so I could mail something fun to my sister.
