Oddly I didn't snap to many photos in Yosemite. We stayed at our favorite campground (just outside the crazyness of the park) and avoided the crowded valley, opting instead for peaceful swimming holes. (Thanks Kristina!) As usual, reading and guitar playing ensued. It was just lovely.

*oh yeah! the bottom photo is by Ben. when we are reviewing photos and one comes up that he took, he gets very cute and proud.

  6. Jamie, you'll probably hate me for saying this, but we've been waiting for the weather to cool off some. I just can't handle the humidity at 108F. If we were at least in West Texas, it wouldn't be so bad (dry = tolerable; humid = miserable). But we will go soon! I don't think either of us can hold out much longer.

I don't suppose you'd care to share your swimming hole secret? I'll be up that way in two weeks and dying for a swim I'm sure. This post has just gotten me super excited for this trip, thanks!
