How is it possible that Fantastic Mr. Fox fell so far off my radar that I had forgotten it completely. That when Peonies mentioned it, I didn't realize what she was talking about until a couple of days later when it clicked. The Fantastic Mr. Fox. Wes Anderson. F* Yeah!
I hadn't even seen a preview for it and it comes out in 8 DAYS.
oh, goodness!! always love a little screen adaptation of a roald dahl book. they haven't done the best job advertising for this, now have they?!
ReplyDeleteI have to say that as much as I worship Wes Anderson, when I first saw the preview I was not that excited. But then I saw an extended version in theaters when I went to see Where the Wild Things Are, and it blew my mind - maybe seeing the animals giant and in detail helped. Now I'm excited!
ReplyDeleteI just saw the preview yesterday and was so psyched. I can't wait, it looks fab-u-lous.
ReplyDeleteI agree! am so happy Peonies mentioned. loved the scene she described about sniffling... I am the same... mr fox would have cheered me up much more than cake:) well... maybe a tie.
ReplyDeleteOh the memories!
ReplyDeleteAlthough does anyone think he seems to be shaking each of their hands!?
