a desert fete

A while back I popped into Subtext as they were taking down the show of Andrew Holder.  

I fell head over heals for this Girard-esque instillation.  Isn't it the best? I have been dying to toy around with some wooden figurines myself.  

Then I saw a whole wall! covered in these! Screenprinted!

And on his website? Owls.  Nuff said.
